IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE Insurance Solutions, Inc. SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THE Insurance Solutions, Inc. INFO TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM. BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS, and you expressly consent to receive marketing or non-marketing SMS text messages, as applicable, from Insurance Solutions, Inc., and others texting on behalf of Insurance Solutions, Inc., including SMS text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”), at the telephone number(s) that you provide.

You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary. By signing up, you confirm that you are over the age of 13.

Program Description

Subscribers can expect to receive marketing and customer care messages from Insurance Solutions, Inc., which may include messages sent using an autodialer.

Disclosure of Your Information

We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties (including subsidiaries and affiliates). If you wish to stop receiving future communications, reply STOP to opt out.

COST

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Insurance Solutions, Inc. messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan (please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Insurance Solutions, Inc. does not charge a separate fee for sending text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier.

STOP or Opt-Out Information

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS. You will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did previously.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) you provide. You are responsible for notifying Insurance Solutions, Inc. immediately if your number changes. You may notify us by contacting Customer Care at (757) 456-5344.

You agree to indemnify Insurance Solutions, Inc. for all claims, expenses, and damages resulting from your failure to notify us of a number change, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile carrier supports text messaging and that your device can receive messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Insurance Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages or any issues related to mobile network services.

Changes in SMS Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
